Recipe by Maggi
Ingredients:- 1 kg. ground sirloin
- 2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
- ¾ cup minced celery
- ¾ cup minced onion
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- olive oil for drizzling
- In a bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
- Form into small patties and drizzle each with olive oil.
- Grill according to desired doneness.
- Sandwich between mini burger buns and serve with cheese and choice of condiments. Makes 24 mini patties.
