Magic Kiddie Mini Burgers

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg. ground sirloin
  • 2 8g sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
  • ¾ cup minced celery
  • ¾ cup minced onion
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • olive oil for drizzling
Procedure:
  1. In a bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
  2. Form into small patties and drizzle each with olive oil.
  3. Grill according to desired doneness.
  4. Sandwich between mini burger buns and serve with cheese and choice of condiments. Makes 24 mini patties.
